Does anyone know of a good, accessible ap for doing this, or a website where you can do it and text it to your cell phone, or a way you can do it on your computer and have your IPhone recognize it as a ringtone? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
GOOGLE IT, THERE'S A FREE CONVERTER FROM MP3 TO WHATEVER IT IS I PHNES USE. LOL I CNA'T REMEMBER. GOOD LUCK
I use Sound Forge, save the file as an .aac, or .m4a, which there's an option for, and then just rename the extention to a .m4r. Load in iTunes, and it'll recognize.
How do you make it recognize it as a ringtone, rather than a normal song?
I used iRinger.net. I had several mp3 ringtones already from my windows phone, I used the iRinger software to switch them to m4r, then moved them to iTunes, they automatically went into the ringtones folder.
